Spaces are still available for the Southeast Fairfax Development Corporation (SFDC) multi-family bus tour on Sept. 22.

SFDC has added a second bus to the tour due to high demand for the tour.

"After recieving more than 50 RSVPs for this event, SFDC has decided to add a second bus to meet the strong demand for this tour," read an email sent by SFDC on Monday.

The free tour will take guests through the new The Beacon of Groveton apartments on Richmond Highway. The tour will also visit the Courts at Huntington Station and 800 Carlyle apartment buildings.

The tour will take place on Sept. 22 from noon to 4 p.m. Lunch will be provided. RSVPs are due by Sept. 14. To RSVP, email David Ben at david.ben@sfdc.org.
