Hi everyone! Here's the exact location: It is in the grass between the Mount Vernon Trail and the parking lot at Belle Haven Park, which is part of the George Washington Memorial Parkway. It is east of the parking lot and west of the trail. It is north of Belle View Boulevard, south of Belle Haven Road, east of the parkway and north of the Marina Road.
