Former White House pastry chef Roland Mesnier completed a gingerbread replica of Mount Vernon on Tuesday. The replica took more than a week to complete.
The five-foot-wide and two-foot-tall gingerbread Mansion replica will be on display in the Education Center lobby as part of the Christmas at Mount Vernon event, which begins on November 25.
