Your guests can dine at the Mount Vernon Inn at George Washington's home, Mount Vernon. The Cedar Knoll Inn is just north of Mount Vernon on the George Washington Parkway and features a diverse menu in a historical building.

Places to See

When in Mount Vernon, be sure to have your guest check out the Mount Vernon Estate and Gardens. Your guests can tour the Mount Vernon Estate and learn how the Washingtons lived.

Things to Do

Check out George Washington's inauguration items at the Donald W. Reynolds Museum and Education Center at the Mount Vernon Estate and Gardens.

Take a scenic drive down the George Washington Parkway for great views of the Potomac River.
