I would love to see a really nice Hallmark store - the nearest is a very challenging 3 miles away.

We used to have a nice one in Belle View ... my dad loved that store! Isn't it a gourmet pet food store now!?

Vacant ground. Both shopping centers need to be leveled and replaced with a small mixed-use center.

Level the whole shopping center like they did to Beacon Mall and start over! Hallmark Store, Barnes & Nobles, Dress Barn. All those new people coming into Ft. Belvoir and the locals deserve more than the worst of Rt. 1!
