DESCRIPTION:On Sunday\, May 13\, Chef Tony  Chittum and Vermilion will pr
 esent a celebration of spring&rsquo\;s bounty with  an authentic\, al fr
 esco farm dinner set on the grounds of historic  Woodlawn at the Arcadia
  Farm. The four-course dinner will be prepared by  Vermilion&rsquo\;s Ex
 ecutive Chef Tony Chittum\, known for his conscientious\,  quality-drive
 n cooking\, and will include wine pairing\, as well as  dessert and swee
 t take away treats from&nbsp\;Executive Pastry Chef&nbsp\;Tiffany  MacIs
 aac. For this special event\, the chefs have crafted a rustic\, yet  ele
 gant menu with the season&rsquo\;s finest in mind including product from
  no  fewer than ten of the region&rsquo\;s farmers. Complete with a cock
 tail  reception\, canap&eacute\;s\, a tour of the farm\, and a take-away
  &nbsp\;from the  garden\, the cost of the dinner with wine pairings is 
 $185 per person  (all inclusive). 100% of the proceeds from the dinner w
 ill benefit  Arcadia Center for Sustainable Food &amp\; Agriculture. Spa

 ll be greeted with cocktails and canap&eacute\;s and invited to stroll t
 he  historic grounds. Regaling with stories and lessons from the farm\, 
  Arcadia&rsquo\;s Farm Director Maureen Moodie along with some of the fe
 atured  local farmers will lead a tour through the Woodlawn gardens that
  were  once a part of&nbsp\;George Washington&rsquo\;s Mount Vernon esta
 te.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;Before sunset\,  guests will take their seat at the lon
 g\, white-clothed farm table\,  running down the center of the farm\, wh
 ere the chefs will present a  four-course spring menu\, &nbsp\;inspired 
 by the passion and dedication of some  of the region&rsquo\;s finest pro
