DESCRIPTION:August 11\, 2012 the Mount Vernon-Lee Chamber of Commerce and
  the Mount Vernon/Lee 501(c)3Education Foundation\, join with volunteers
  from the INOVA Health System\, the Partnership for Healthier Kids\, the
  Fairfax County Health Department\, Molina South Health Clinic\, Fort Be
 lvoir and numerous local businesses and community leaders to provide uni
 nsured children with physicals\, immunizations and school supplies so th
 ey can start school on time.&nbsp\;\nThe Back to School Physical Clinics
  are operated byvolunteer health care providers\, interpreters and suppo
 rt personnel.&nbsp\; Each year at the&nbsp\;South County Government Cent
 er\, approximately 125 children receive physicals and immunizations\, as
  necessary\, along with application assistance to apply for health care 
 services in order to have a medical home in the future.\nIf you can spar
