Come relax and unwind with us at SNC after a hard day's work. Breathe. Strengthen. Stretch. Relax. You will learn yoga postures that focus on improving balance, alignment, and posture, and leave feeling exhilarated and invigorated. The class is open to adults at any level of practice. Please bring a yoga mat, yoga strap, and 2 yoga blocks.
