This weekend's warm weather prompted residents to take advantage of the Mount Vernon Trail. The 18-mile long trail stretches from Theodore Roosevelt Island and ends at the Mount Vernon Estate and Gardens; it is a favorite among area cyclists. With breathtaking views of the Potomac, it's impossible not to enjoy traveling on the Mount Vernon Trail.
