Habitat ReStore Grand Re-Opening

Habitat for Humanity of Northern Virginia is marking the grand re-opening of their Habitat for Humanity ReStore, located in Alexandria, 7770 Richmond Highway, on  Saturday, September 29th.

Habitat for Humanity of Northern Virginia is hosting the public special event to showcase recently expanded products and improvements to the ReStore and to highlight Habitat’s mission to bring people together to build homes, communities, and hope.  To mark the occasion, ReStore will have special sales on products, raffles will be held throughout the day, refreshments  will be available to shoppers throughout the event and live music from Tom Polman can be enjoyed for part of the day.  The store will be open 9 am to 5 pm  Saturday.

ReStore is a resale business that sells new and used building materials and home improvement items to the general public. All materials are donated by local retail businesses, building contractors, suppliers and individuals, and are made available for sale to the public at 50% to 90% below retail prices.

All donations are tax-deductible, and proceeds go back to the local Habitat for Humanity Affiliate to build houses for families in our community.
