PHOTOS: Mount Vernon Prepares for 'Frankenstorm'

Some grocery store shelves are getting empty.

The Beacon Mall Giant at 6800 Richmond Highway and the Target on Richmond Highway were ground zero Friday for customers stocking up before a storm dubbed "Frankenstorm" hits the area sometime between Sunday and Tuesday.
