Responsibilities include working with pest control contractor to identify buildings and units in need of treatment; coordinating all efforts to ensure the proper treatment of infestations; maintaining accurate records regarding pest control service requests; maintaining effective internal control over operational activities in compliance with best practice policy and guidelines. Requirements include the following: Previous experience pulling and inspecting appliances for infestations; experience repairing access points to include closing holds, cracks and crevices; previous project coordinating experience; and more.
