A children’s theatre camp near Mount Vernon Estate is hiring for a teaching position, from July 2-13, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.  Elementary- and middle school-aged children learn basic acting skills, play theatre games, and rehearse for final showcase. Camp is divided into four groups, each with an assistant and lead teacher. Mornings are devoted to straight drama, and afternoons focus on musical theatre. A musical director joins the camp in the afternoon to teach singing and the music for the showcase.
