Community Update

I own a building that's falling apart. It's one of those spooky buildings that attract all of the neighborhood kids. I don't want any of them to get injured, then have their parents sue me for it, so I need that building torn down. It's rather large. Do you charge based on size of the building  that needs to be demolished?
