Mount Vernon Weather: Storms Threaten the Area

Stormy weather could kick off this week in Mount Vernon.

Monday, August 15

Mostly cloudy skies with a high of 83 degrees. There is a 70 percent chance of afternoon showers and thunderstorms. Tonight will see a 60 percent chance of storms before 8 p.m., otherwise mostly cloudy skies with lows in the upper 60s. 

Tuesday, August 16

Partly sunny skies with a high of 85 degrees and a 30 percent chance of storms during the morning. Tuesday night will see partly cloudy skies with lows in the mid 60s.
