Today is Election Day

Before you hit the polls today, here are five things to bear in mind today in Mount Vernon.

  1. The Virginia Primary Elections are being held today and Patch will be providing thorough election coverage.
  2. Good Shepherd Catholic Church is hosting a  tonight at 7 p.m.
  3. The Virginia Employment Commission is holding a free  class tomorrow from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
  4. The South County Senior Center is holding a Passport to Retirement seminar tomorrow at 12:30 p.m.
  5. Fairfax County Public Schools start two weeks from today.
