2014 MVCCA Student of the Year Civic Award

2014 MVCCA Student of the Year Civic Award

The Mount Vernon Council of Citizens Associations is seeking to recognize a high school senior from Mount Vernon HS, South County SS and/or West Potomac HS, who demonstrates personal achievement through community involvement, volunteer work, and/or exceptional civic duties.  The award will be made during the MVCCA Annual Gala on April 26, 2014.  The amount of the 2014 award is $300 per qualified student for no more than one student from each of the above-mentioned high schools.

Students may also download a hardcopy from the MVCCA website and submit to their career specialist.  Applications submitted electronically will automatically route to the career specialist.

Deadline for submission is January 10, 2014.

The MVCCA Student of the Year Civic Award is not based on financial need and may be used for any purpose by the awardee(s).
