"Ask Astorino" Mount Vernon Town Hall with County Executive Rob Astorino

As part of an ongoing effort to reach out to Westchester residents and listen to their concerns, County Executive Rob Astorino will host his next “Ask Astorino” town hall meeting on Monday, July 15 at 7:00 p.m. at the Grace Baptist Church located at 52 S. 6th Avenue, Mount Vernon.

The county executive will be introduced by the Rev. Dr. W. Franklyn Richardson, senior pastor of Grace Baptist Church. The county executive will then provide an update on the progress his administration is making in delivering on his three major priorities: providing tax relief, preserving essential services and promoting economic development.

"I am very pleased to host the county executive’s town hall,” said Rev. Richardson. “It gives the Mount Vernon community the opportunity to be heard as well as for the county executive to update us on his plans for economic development and job creation. As I’ve said time and again, the best social program is a good job. I’m glad that the county executive understands this priority."

Mount Vernon residents are invited to bring any question or idea they would like to discuss face-to-face with the county executive.  They can also submit their questions in advance via email at askastorino@westchestergov.com

The popular “Ask Astorino” town hall series has drawn crowds throughout the county in North Salem, Pelham, White Plains, Scarsdale, Cortlandt, Eastchester, New Castle, Somers, Ossining, Mamaroneck, Yonkers, Rye, Greenburgh, Yorktown, Lewisboro, Harrison, North Castle, Peekskill and Mount Pleasant.
