Avenue Q: School Edition

November 2013:  Avenue Q: School Edition opened at West Potomac High School on Thursday, November 7th at 7:00pm to rave reviews and standing ovations.

Avenue Q: School Edition is a laugh-out-loud musical that tells the timeless story of a recent college grad name Princeton (David Jarzen) who moves into a shabby New York apartment all the way out on Avenue Q.  There, he meets Kate Monster (Lizzy Rader), Rod, the Republican (Eddie Perez), Trekkie (Sam Rainey) and Lucy (Emily Carbone), and other colorful types who help Princeton finally discover his purpose in life!

Avenue Q: School Edition is rated PG-13 and is great for teenagers because it’s about real life.  Parents should use discretion however based on the maturity level of their children.  But we promise you this – if you do bring your teenagers to Avenue Q: School Edition, they’ll think you are really cool.

Avenue Q: School Edition will play November 14th, 15th & 16th at 7:00pm and November 17th at 2:00pm.  All performances are at West Potomac High School in the Kogelman Theatre at 6500 Quander Rd, Alexandria, VA 22307.  Tickets are $12 and are available at the door or at http://wphsavenueqschooledition.brownpapertickets.com/
