Monthly meetings will explore a different facet of the “Small Business Breakthrough” book.  The first section of the book provides sixteen management rules that explain why most small companies struggle. The second section provides eight management tools that help entrepreneurs implement key aspects of the Breakthrough business optimization approach. The third section suggests several business building roadmaps that use the Breakthrough tools and methods outlined in the book.  The objective of the Breakthrough Book is to help small businesses adopt tried-and-true best management practices. Adopting best practices is the key to reducing an organization’s growing and slowing pains, and increase their chances of success.

Breakthrough Book Club participants can download a free copy of the Small Business Breakthrough book  at http://www.SmallBusiness-Breakthrough.org, or from iTunes. The book is only 100 pages long and comes with eight management tools that are designed for small businesses.
