Seven Conversations for a Lifetime of Love

Hold Me Tight is a 16-hour educational program based
on the empirically proven Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) approach to helping
couples foster secure and lasting bonds. The outstanding success rate of EFT has
been heralded in scientific journals, the New York Times and Time magazine. The
Hold Me Tight workshop breaks EFT down into seven transforming conversations. You
will learn how to:

Who: Couples
who want to learn how to keep love alive.
Fee: $560 per couple; includes materials, facilitator instruction,
DVD presentations, couple exercises (in private, not in front of the group).
Pre-marital
add-on: Pre-marital
survey, and guided HMT conversation about one issue,
One additional evening, $70 per couple
Facilitators: Kris Rosenthal, LPC is the owner of
Mt. Vernon Family Therapy Associates and has 30 years’ experience; Linda
Padgett, LMFT has specialized in working with couples for seven years. Both
have advanced training in EFT.
