Clean your countertop daily with a soft cloth and a non-abrasive, neutral cleanser.

Household cleaners like Lysol, Windex, and 409 can be used but may leave a film.  Occasional use of these products is fine, but not recommended for daily use as these harsh products will break down your sealer quickly.  A solution of vinegar and water is recommended for removing streaks, smudges, and body oils.

High and low temperatures will not harm your granite – you can take a pan off the stove or dish out of the oven and put it right on your countertop without damage. Do not set hot materials on the area of any seams in your countertop, as it can melt the epoxy in the seam.

Cutting foods directly on your countertops is not recommended. Your knives will dull quickly.
