Obituaries: Funeral Service Planned for Civic Leader

Mr. Bob Coyle, who “worked for many years for the betterment of the Mt. Vernon District along with his wife Carol,” has passed away.

The Mount Vernon Council of Citizens' Associations sent out a notice to members about Mr. Coyle’s passing on Friday. A funeral will take place for Mr. Coyle on Saturday, view details of his service on Legacy.com. 

Storyteller, traveler, and beloved husband Colonel John L.B. Bringham passed away on March 31 in his Mount Vernon home, according to Jefferson Funeral Chapel. Col. Bringham will be buried with full military honors in June at Arlington National Cemetery.
