Police: Mother of Missing Boy, 5, Faces Felony Charge
Mother and child headed to West coast, father tells WTOP.
The mother of the 5-year-old boy missing from Fairfax County now faces felony charges according to a report by NBC4.
The TV station reports that police have issued a warrant for the mother, Becky Love who also goes by Rebecca Serafin, on federal parental abduction charges.

Becky Love, according to NBC4, abandoned her car at an Arlington shopping center and took $6,100 out of a bank account and closed it before leaving the state with her son.
WTOP is reporting that Love and her son flew from BWI to Birmingham, Ala. The father told WTOP that he believes they are now headed to the West coast.
