Earlier this month GSH board members and volunteers gathered just as they have for the last ten years to dial up our supporters, thank them for their past support, update them on what is new and asking them to remember us as they consider their end-of-year giving.
The interaction didn't end when the phone call ended. Callers penned notes after each call, as part of the follow-up package sent out the next day.
Overall, this "high touch" approach has helped GSH bring in between $20,000 - $30,000 each year.
