We did a large addition with Dobson. It went very smoothly; his people were prompt and on time. The job was done on schedule and almost within budget (we decided to spend more on certain items but Rick stayed on budget). Rick was great with helping sort out design issues and coming up with solutions. Also, his people were outstanding. We would highly recommend him again.

Rick Dobson is a first rate buildr wioth over 20 years of experience in Mount Vernon/Fort Hunt. His employees are all long time craftsmen, he doesn't rely on subcontractors except for obvious things like pouring foundations. He completed a major remodel and addition to our home. The work was very high quality. His experienced peole are also familiar with many higher end fixtures and appliances - which helps with custom jobs. He finishes the work on time, the work is done to a very high standard, and his crew cleans up evey day. We have used many contractors but his work is the finest we have experienced.
